  1. General Scope
    • These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Fonetech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By availing of our repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. Services Provided
    • We specialize in the repair and maintenance of Apple products, including but not limited to iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches. The scope of services will be determined upon inspection of the device.
  3. Warranty on Repairs
    • All repairs we conduct come with a warranty* covering the parts replaced and the repair services rendered. This warranty is void if:
      • The device has been tampered with by another party after the repair.
      • There is evidence of water damage or physical damage post-repair.
      • The device shows signs of misuse or mishandling.
  4. Replacement Policy
    • In the event that the part we replaced or the service provided is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement of the faulty part or re-perform the repair at no additional cost.
  5. No Refund Policy
    • Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. if an issue arises with a product or service that falls under our warranty, a replacement or re-repair will be offered as the sole remedy.
  6. Third-Party Products
    • We are not responsible for any third-party accessories or parts that have not been installed by us. Any damage or malfunction caused by such accessories or parts will not be covered by our warranty.
  7. Device Inspection and Data
    • It is your responsibility to back up your data before bringing in your device for repair. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.
  8. Payment Terms
    • All services are to be paid for in full upon completion of the repair. No credit or installment plans are available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  10. Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions att any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to customers.
